Primary Care Management (PCM) is a portal owned by Geoconhecimento whose objective is to provide a vast array of information concerning the current status of the Primary Care Management reform in Portugal. Within the PCM website, the user can access not only documents and explanatory texts but also regional characteristics and performance indicators (Indicadores de Desempenho). In addition, a wide range of other datasets can be accessed that may provide insight into areas of specific interest.
